By accessing or using SightSEO (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SightSEO provides AI-powered alt text generation for images via a WordPress plugin and web API. The Service analyzes images using computer vision and generates descriptive alternative text optimized for SEO and accessibility.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. One credit equals one image analyzed. Free trial accounts receive 25 credits. Paid plans provide monthly or annual credit allocations. Unused credits on annual plans roll over to the next period. Credits on monthly plans expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. All payments are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of credits have been used.
You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or offensive images; attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service; use automated tools to circumvent rate limits or credit systems; share your license key with unauthorized parties; resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
You retain all rights to your images. The alt text generated by SightSEO is licensed to you for unlimited use on your websites. The SightSEO brand, software, and website content remain our intellectual property.
SightSEO is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated alt text should be reviewed by the user before use in compliance-critical contexts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
